WORLDWIDE
Standard Shipping for all orders is $US15 via US Post Priority Mail International and usually arrives in 7 - 14 days. Express Shipping for all orders is $US30 via US Post Express Mail International and usually arrives in 4 - 7 days. FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $250! Free shipping applies to all orders over $250 excluding tax. Express shipping requests will incur regular charges. Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via US Post.

Please allow 1 - 7 business days for dispatch as all our puzzle rings and bracelets are hand-made to order. Please allow up to 14 days delivery unless another delivery date is requested. Occasionally, circumstance beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special order and out of stock items may take longer. Delivery transit days to the recipient may vary depending upon the destination country. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy
We offer a 100% GUARANTEE on our puzzle rings. We guarantee that our products will be delivered to you in new, undamaged condition. If your item is delivered damaged, or if it has a manufacturer fault, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will replace it for you. (All returned defective items will be inspected by our jewellers).
PuzzleJewellery.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can send it back for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee and minus shipping costs) provided the item has not been worn. (All refunds are subject to inspection of the items by our jewellers once the item is returned by you).
To claim a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to advise us of the problem with the product. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL. Any return received after 30 days from the purchase date will be refused. All items returned without prior approval will be sent back at your expense.
NOTE: We reserve the right to exchange, repair or correct a fault/defect rather than provide a refund. Packages damaged due to shipping need to be reported immediately to the freight carrier and to PuzzleJewellery.com. Be sure to note packages as damaged when signing receipt. All defective merchandise must be accompanied by a letter describing the defect(s).
The refund will only be given for the purchase price of the items and will be credited back to your credit card. Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded. There will also be a 10% restocking fee due to customer error. We will process your refund upon the receipt of the returned ring – please allow 7 days to see credit issued to your credit card. All returns must be sent to PuzzleJewellery.com shipping prepaid, in their original packaging, complete with all parts, instructions, labels etc.
If a ring is the wrong size, or too light or too heavy for you, we are happy to exchange it provided it has not been worn. You can choose the same puzzle ring in a different size, or if you need to change the style of the ring we may need to adjust the cost according to the price of the new chosen ring. You may also be able to have your local jeweller resize the ring for you, this may be a more convenient option for you. If a resize or remake is required, we will advise as to any fees that will apply. If an exchange of a gift item is sort, we are happy to exchange the puzzle ring provided it has not been worn. We strongly advise you to have your ring size measured by a local jeweller before placing your order. Once rings are exchanged for a new size they are non-returnable. We will issue the shipping fee charges to your credit card.
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you. All our products are brand new and unworn. If the original item is not in its original condition but has been damaged, worn, scratched or bent it will not be accepted. All returned puzzle rings must be solved. We send all our puzzle rings tied together with a tie on the bottom of the ring so it does not accidentally come apart. This tie comes off when intentionally removed, therefore it is your responsibility to solve the puzzle and return it in its original condition.
Engraved puzzle rings will not be accepted for an exchange or refund as they have been personalized for you.
