How do I find out my ring size?
So as to get the most accurate ring measurement for your finger, we suggest that you have your ring size professionally measured by a local jeweller. Or, if the puzzle ring is a gift, we recommend taking a ring that fits the wearer to a local jeweller to have it measured. If you don’t have the time to visit a local jeweller, please visit our ring size information page.
What if the puzzle ring you send is the wrong size, or too light or too heavy for my finger?
We are happy to exchange the ring provided it has not been worn. You may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will exchange the ring for you. You can choose the same ring in a different size, or if you need to change the style of the ring we may need to adjust the cost according to the price of the new chosen ring. Prior to returning the puzzle ring, PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY. You may also be able to have your local jeweller resize the ring for you, this may be a more convenient option for you.
Are the tops on the Silver and Gold puzzle rings plated gold, or are they solid?
Our puzzle rings contain only solid sterling silver and solid gold through and through. We have no plated rings.
Can you engrave the puzzle rings before sending them?
We do not engrave our rings. We recommend that you wait until you receive the ring and have a local jeweller engrave the ring for you. If you choose to have a puzzle ring engraved, that ring will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
Do your puzzle rings have a guarantee?
Yes! We guarantee that our rings will be delivered to you in new, undamaged condition. If your ring is delivered damaged, or if it has a manufacturer fault, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will replace the ring for you. Prior to returning the ring, PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY.
If I am just not happy with the puzzle ring as it is different to what I thought, can I return it?
You can send the ring back for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee and minus shipping costs) if you are not satisfied, provided the ring has not been worn. Prior to returning the ring, PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY.
